Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with AdlerParent. If for any reason you are not happy with your subscription, we are here to help.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All first-time subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. To request a refund, simply email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Free Trial

New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all premium features. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.

Subsequent Billing Periods

After the initial 7-day refund window, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscribers who request a refund within 7 days of their annual renewal will receive a full refund. Requests made after 7 days of an annual renewal are not eligible for a refund, but you may cancel to prevent the next annual charge.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Going to your Profile page within the app and selecting "Manage Subscription"
  • Emailing us at [email protected]

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
